Yes, we are insured through Pet Care Insurance which includes: general liability, animal bailee coverage (injuries or damages sustained by an animal in our care, custody, or control), vet bill reimbursement (coverage for medical expenses, regardless of who is at fault, for your pet in our care, custody, or control) and lost key coverage.

Yes, we have experience with and are happy to administer medication to cats as long as full instructions are discussed beforehand during our meet & greet.

Yes, we are comfortable holding on to your house key for future visits and recommend this option, if you are willing. We have found it very helpful for last minute bookings or if an unexpected visit is needed to already have a key on hand to get to your cat as quickly as possible. If you would like us to return your key to you after a stay, there will be a $15 charge.
